During his visit, Mr. Syed Taimoor Hassan (Manager FUBIC) gave him brief introduction of every startup, alumni and the FUBIC. He had brief meeting with FUBIC’s startups (Figment Craft, Tech World Solutions and Expert Solutions) and alumni (Automechsol Pvt. Limited). He also presented graduation certificate to Mr. Qasim Noor, CEO Automechsol Pvt. Limited.

Foundation University Business Incubation Center (FUBIC) awareness seminar deliver on 2 nd June, 2022 by Manager FUBIC Syed Taimoor Hassan, to the students of Bio< Medical Engineering Technology department, FUSST regarding all the activities of FUBIC to mentor them towards starting their own startup with the help of FUBIC.
Foundation University Business Incubation Center (FUBIC) organized its 6 th incubatee selection committee meeting for the induction of 6 th cohort. After intensive reviews and analysis of 43x business plans submitted by startups, 5x incubates were shortlisted and brought forward to the selection committee. All 5x incubates have been selected, by the selection committee, to be incubated at FUBIC for a period of 12 months.
Foundation University Business Incubation Center (FUBIC ) hosted Dr. Murtaza Najabat Ali (CEO at N-ovative Health Technologies, Director Medical Devices Development Center at NUST) and Ms. Nida Ali (Managing Director Kounter Intutive Technoloigies) as key note speakers in a seminar on "Journey of Medical Devices and Entrepreneurship" held FUSST on 3 rd June, 2022. They shared their Entrepreneurial journey of establishing Pakistan's first medical devices manufacturing facility with FUBIC incubatees and FUSST students.
Foundation University Business Incubation Center (FUBIC) hosted delegation from State Bank of Pakistan to delivered awareness session on basic financial education, under SBP National Financial Literacy Program (NFLP), with FUBIC startups and FUSST students on 20 th May, 2022. The session was extremely informative and enhanced skills towards budgeting, savings, investment, debt management, financial negotiation, rights and obligations, etc.
As part of FUI membership at UBI Global community, Syed Taimoor Hassan Manager Business Incubation Center Foundation University (FUBIC) Islamabad was invited by UBI Global to the UBI Global Triumph of Innovation Release Event supported by District 2020 at the World Expo on December 8, 2021.
On Monday 23rd, May 2022, Mr. Liam Stott – International Recruitment Manager, UOB, UK visited FUI to conduct an awareness session on the Progression of FUI students to UOB. The session was attended by the students, their parents and Faculty Members of FUI.
FCPS / FRCPath Mock Examination Course (Histopathology) was held at FUMC on 18 & 19 May 2022 as part of CPD/CME activity in Foundation University Islamabad. It was accredited for 06 credit hours (Duration 18 hours).
The Mock Examination Course was organized by Professor Brig (R) Tariq Sarfraz, SI (M), Consultant Histopathologist & Head of Pathology Department, Foundation University Medical College, Islamabad.
A lecture on Anatomy by Dr Gordon Findlater was arranged in the Jinnah Auditorium Of FUSH. Dr. Gordon Findlater is a renowned Professor of Translational Anatomy at University of Edinburgh. He bears a mammoth experience spanning over four decades as a top medical academician in UK and an inspirational teacher of Anatomy. He is a graduate of Old Medical School, Teviot and holds coveted degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Neurophysiology from University of Aberdeen.
