Training On Business Process Reengineering At Fauji Foundation Head Office

The Professional Development Center (PDC), Foundation University School of Science and Technology (FUSST) Successfully conducted an in-house training on “Business Process Reengineering '' on September 15, 2023, for the officials of Fauji Foundation Head Office. Mr. Waseem Wasif, CEO 360 Degree Consulting was the subject expert for the training. The event aimed to provide corporate employees with an improved understanding of BPR's potential to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. A good number of participants including Executive Officers, Assistant Managers, Managers, Technical Officers, and Senior Officers from the Fauji Foundation Head office actively participated in the training session.
